COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

12 ounce bottle. Floral malt aroma. Dark copper color and heavy lacing. Yeasty, malty and carrying a macro taste impression. Mouthfeel is sorta watery, light side of medium. Overall it’s drinkable and good enough to finish all 12 ounces, but not a standout by any means.

12oz bottle from a 4pack from Wine Academy after Nolan’s Graduation. Poured a good looking orange bronze body with steady effervescence and and an average sized foamy white head. Aroma has a slight honey sweetness with some warmth, dry citrus, grains and toast. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a dry finish. Flavor is mostly grains, cereal, dry biscuit, some super dry orange rind. Meh it’s okay but not blown away.

Bottle. Floral-tinged but mostly citric Cascade, with grapefruit and orange peel, caramel and a touch of spice. Transparent but dark copper-orange body with a sudsy white head. Taste is very sweet with citrus and less caramel/pine, watery light body that’s a shade or two above flat. Has the nice soapy/cleansing quality, light bitterness.

Bottle down the shore with Pat, pours copper with white head. Notes are a little bit spicy, rye, bready malt, floral and pine hops. Light to medium in body.

Pours orange brown with no head. Notes of caramel and cereal, some grassy hops. Medium body. Definitely on the sweeter side of my preferences.

Too expensive, $3 at vintage for a 12 oz bottle, heheh. Smells like gramma’s old permanent hair treatment. Look is slight brown yellah. Quite candy strong initially. Bitterness builds in the back of the throat. Wew, yes, quite like alky candy. Not cloying but makes me think about it. Flurry has to go in for vokoun. This is what I think. Some mild co2. That bitterness is in there and will not go away. As a backup I’m confident. Now what. Crickets are chirping and this means a frost is not too far off.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, and butterscotch. In mouth, caramel malt with English grassy hops, butterscotch.

12 oz bottle. Pours amber with fine particles and a white head. Sweet honey and biscuit aroma, maybe a little herbal aroma. Flavor is stale hoppiness, grassy and herbal, with honey and stale biscuit. Despite the nice bears on the label, this just isn’t very good. Bottling code indicates it was bottled February 2013, so it’s not all that old.
