This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

Bottled. Hazy amber, average head. Grapefruit aroma. Surprisingly soft and very hoppy - loads of Cascade here. Dryish and very drinkable with lasting intensely bitter finish. One-dimensional (which can be said about all beers in the style), but tasty and thirst quenching.

Lightly hazy amber body with medium beige head. Aroma is grapefruit, lightly floral. Taste is medium sweet, floral, fruity (cantaloupe). Definitely hoppy, but not very bitter. Light/medium watery body. Quite quaffable. Great summery beer, and I could also see it as a great starter beer for transitioning newbies to the real stuff.

Bottle... Clear amber ale with a large, rocky, vanilla head. Terrific retention. Malty aroma with notes of yellow grapefruit, orange blossom honey and sweat. A bit sweet with notes of honey and lightly roasted malts up front. Tangy hops kick in on the backside for decent balance and mild bitterness. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with mild carbonation. Just a touch too thin. Tangy, lightly bitter finish. Seems to be more of an EPA than an APA, IMHO.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. This beer’s 150th rating. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of caramel malts, floral hops and some nutty notes. The taste is herbal, floral hops, stone fruits, toffeeish malts. Medium bodied, decent balance. Decent beer.

Pours dark golden, with medium head and good lacing. Very nice hoppy aroma. Tastes extremely hoppy, with a good balanced malt element. Finishes smooth, crisp, with hops, floral, and slight citrus tastes. This one surprised me. It is absolutely excellent. Hop heads rejoice! I can't wait to try the New Holland IPA later this evening!

Pours a lightly hazy golden orange color with a medium thin white head. Thin lacing. The aroma is floral hops and citrus. Medium body with a nicely bitter character throughout. Hops, citrus and pine are all evident. It contains just a touch of sourness toward the end but nothing too bad. The finish is nicely hopped with a pinch of malt. Overall this is a solid APA.
