COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

I was pleasantly surprised with this one! Foggy tan color with a thick head, lots of lace and a nice sweet hoppy aroma. Mildly sweet and hoppy with a pleasant bitter mouthfeel. Not too bitter, blended very well with the rest of the flavor. Finish is hoppy, slightly bitter and dry. A great Pale Ale!

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 2/15/2013. Pours moderately cloudy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with plenty of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of orange zest, grapefruit, peach, lemon zest, floral, light pine, caramel, biscuit, and light nuttiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of hop and malt notes. Taste of orange zest, grapefruit, pine, lemon zest, floral, caramel, biscuit, light nuttiness, and floral earthiness. Moderate pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, pine, floral, caramel, biscuit, and floral earthiness on the finish for a bit. Very nice complexity of hop and malt flavor; with a great hop/malt flavor balance; and zero cloying flavors present after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy, crisp, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with hardly any warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very nice pale ale. Nice hop/malt balance and complexity; very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours a hazy golden brown with a whit foamy head. Aroma of orange and citrus fruit. Taste starts slightly caramel then dries up with a bitter offset. It never gets truly bitter. It remains balanced throughout. Very smooth with a clean finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A light gold color with minimal head. A mild malt taste and just enough bitterness from the hops. Also a bit of a fruity taste. All in all another good beer from NHB.

Slightly hazy light copper hue with very good frothy head and lace. The aroma has notes of grapefruit and floral hops, roasted caramel malts, biscuit, and a hint of pepper. The taste is bitter and citric upfront with a very nice balance of malt and yeast. I got some spicy tones on the finish with a final dose of classic bitters. The mouthfeel is lively, crsip, and clean. Not a huge beer but one that is very enjoyable any time of year, it has a little of evrything you would want in the style.

Tap. Dark straw yellow. Bubbly. Scattered lacing. Very floral nose. Full mouthfeel of piney, floral and mildly citrus quality. Incredibly solid pale ale.

Draft. Extremely basic but sufficiently-enough hopped pale ale. Classic cascade profile. Cruashable.
