COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

[Bottle] Pours a bright golden color with a bit of haze to it. A fizzy head on top. Herbal hops, hay and grapefruit in the nose. Flavors of pine sap, lemon, grass, lighter fruits and citrus rind. The bitterness and flavor balance is good, but without much body to back it up. Thin and bitter finish. Tasting notes from 10/2014.

crazyvin (2019) - New York, USA - JAN 20, 2015
A clear copper body with a white head that had great retention and decent lace. Aroma had a slightly toasted caramel malt base and a nice floral hop presence. Flavor was initially sweet bitter hops were subdued and the floral hops balanced the malts. Nice moderate finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
