Bouteille from never stop
Des odeurs de bois
Une couleur cuivrťe
Gout plus proche d un lager que d une vraie pale ale
Une mousse timidecet des bulles peu present

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a hazy golden brown with a whit foamy head. Aroma of orange and citrus fruit. Taste starts slightly caramel then dries up with a bitter offset. It never gets truly bitter. It remains balanced throughout. Very smooth with a clean finish.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Itís got a but of lager "skunk" to the aroma and that sneaks into the taste a good bit as well (see the likely reason below). Overall, it doesnít suck, but itís not exactly good (again, below). I can tell this has some nice hop and malt character and itís actually well-balanced for what it is. That skunk, thankfully, isnít highly-prominent, so I can enjoy it at least.
This is a beer that I likely wouldnít try as Iím not the biggest New Holland fan, but Mainstreet Liquors in Countryside, IL had it on sale for $4 for a 4 pack, so I decided "well, it may not be super-fresh, but letís give it a try anyway for that price!" I picked the one that was furthest from the blazing sun at the front of the store....really great place to put beer, but thatís why itís on clearance, right? Overall, worth the $1 a bottle experiment.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz. bottle bright back from Ericís Michigan trip. Thanks bud. Dirty copper color with thin head. Aroma is earthy and herbal. The flavor seems light dirty earthy hops with low bitterness that finishes abruptly. Light floral and old lady perfume notes. Medium body that leans on light. I tried to like this, the bottle was rather fresh. The herbal and floral notes just didnít work for me.

On tap at Dexters, pours a clear gold with a thin white head, aroma has a small touch of citrus and tropical fruit, subtle but nice, flavor is light citrus hops with a smooth finish, just kind of boring and one note

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours amber with a small off white head. Citrus aroma. Classic pale ale bitter citrus flavor. Very crisp. Big bitter mouth feel. Plenty of drinkability, but nothing to get me excited about. Not a huge PA fan so nothing against this beer in particular. Nothing offensive.

2.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Color and appearance is nice, golden honey color with some cloudiness. Almost no aroma which was a bit strange. A touch of caramel, a touch of hops in flavor. Decent but not my fav on this 3rd coast tour.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle into a pint glass. There is some random code on the bottle but it means nothing to me in terms of a bottling date.
Pours a hazy dark copper with a quick half finger white head that is then gone. Just a few random splotches of lacing and head.
The aroma is fairly weak but I can pick out some light tropical fruit along with a touch of pear and peach. Canít really detect any malt at all.
The flavor has more fruit than the aroma but is still on the weak side. I feel this beer might have some age on it. Nice juiciness that is really leaving me yearning more a bit more. Turns into some pine closer to the finish. Just a touch of bread in the background. Bitterness is on the moderate side with a light mouthfeel.
Overall, I feel this could be a respectable APA when it is fresh but it falls off quickly. I need to try to find a fresher sample.
