COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers! 14°

On tap at Dexters, pours a clear gold with a thin white head, aroma has a small touch of citrus and tropical fruit, subtle but nice, flavor is light citrus hops with a smooth finish, just kind of boring and one note

Bottle. Pours amber with a small off white head. Citrus aroma. Classic pale ale bitter citrus flavor. Very crisp. Big bitter mouth feel. Plenty of drinkability, but nothing to get me excited about. Not a huge PA fan so nothing against this beer in particular. Nothing offensive.

Color and appearance is nice, golden honey color with some cloudiness. Almost no aroma which was a bit strange. A touch of caramel, a touch of hops in flavor. Decent but not my fav on this 3rd coast tour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle into a pint glass. There is some random code on the bottle but it means nothing to me in terms of a bottling date. Pours a hazy dark copper with a quick half finger white head that is then gone. Just a few random splotches of lacing and head. The aroma is fairly weak but I can pick out some light tropical fruit along with a touch of pear and peach. Can’t really detect any malt at all. The flavor has more fruit than the aroma but is still on the weak side. I feel this beer might have some age on it. Nice juiciness that is really leaving me yearning more a bit more. Turns into some pine closer to the finish. Just a touch of bread in the background. Bitterness is on the moderate side with a light mouthfeel. Overall, I feel this could be a respectable APA when it is fresh but it falls off quickly. I need to try to find a fresher sample.

Mostly clear dark gold with an off-white head. Sweet grapefruit hop aroma with just a touch of toast. The flavor is well balanced with bitterness and sweetness. This one can play with the IPAs too! Very nice.

12oz bottle into Le Duvel - nose is caramel and grass. Sip adds little. Malty and bitter but not as hoppy as the style suggests.

on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY -- Clear deep amber with a firm 1" head, bands and blotches of lace. Taste is sweet malt that ambles through the palate to a finish that doesn’t see the bitter of citrus hops until the the finish is fading away. Actually very satisfying, nice to drink, although not complex.
