Rye lends spiciness to the caramel-malt base, while creating a creamy texture. Dry-hopping contributes a fresh citrus finish. Pairings: blue cheese, blackened seafood, herb-roasted poultry.

Pours color of orange and copper with nice three finger head and nice white lacing on glass, nice smell of hops, floral and slightly piney. first taste is light tasting body is more medium on second taste, good carbonation, not tasting much rye? taste is more of hops, ends spicy, bitter and dry. Just OK.

Cybercat (2995) - Georgia, USA - APR 16, 2014
Pours a clear, dark amber with a fairly thick and slightly yellowish buff head. Strong aroma is fruity and sweet, with an undertone of rye and a hint of hops. Tasty flavor has rye, fruity, sweet malt and subtle woody hop notes. Very drinkable - you’ll wanna chug it! (But please drink responsibly!) Texture is firm and lively, goes down well. Ry’ve really enjoyed this one!

Criz (32) - - APR 4, 2014
Poured from bottle, great copper color with abundant foamy white head. Nose of caramel and sweet malts. Taste of copper, citrus, yeast, caramel, and spiced rye on the finish. Thin on the palate. Nothing earth shattering but by no means a bad beer.

2013 Vintage bomber in the privacy of my dark basement. Poured in to le Duvel. Nose is rye and citrus. Sips brings in the ole caramel adage. Taste wise: a little from column A and a little from column B. Kind of thin. I like it overall and that’s all.
Incesticide is underated. Aero Zeppelin all the way to 11!

The rye isn’t obvious in this brew. It’s a great IPA. Good flavor with a great citrus flavor.

The one I tried was from 2012 - it foamed up a bit when opening so it was probably a bit past its prime. Amber color; piney, citrusy aroma; citrusy hops and spice notes on a dry rye malt background.

Poured from bottle. Orange with white head. Bomber. Good beer. Like their mad hatter with a twang. Not sure about the rye but enjoyable

This is a really good ale from new holland. Nicely bitter and hoppy for an ale. It is more like an ipa ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
