Pours a cloudy orange with a fluffy white head, as expected, that dissipates quickly. Orange, coriander, and chamomile in the aroma. Light, crisp, and very refreshing. Mostly citrus fruit flavor, but piney hops come in at the end. Especially noticeable in the bitter finish. This is a sacchariferous and subtle beer, with balance from the hops to keep it from getting cloying. Clocks in at just 5.5% ABV, so several of these on a warm summer night would do quite well.

12oz bottle. Poured a hazy, light-orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was lemon and orange peel, with notes of yeast, grains. Flavor had citrus notes, yeast character with plenty of wheat grain notes. A little lighter than I would have hoped, a touch thin, but pretty drinkable and refreshing.

2013-06-02. Lightly hazy golden orange body, small white head. Aroma of fruit, grass, lemon grass, something I’m calling white pepper but probably isn’t. Flavour is interesting - sweet pale malt and wear on first sip turns dry, fruity, moderate bitterness, whisper of white pepper? Smooth average bodied palate, modest carbonation. Could use just a touch more carbonation but the palate suits it. Enjoyable. Bottle at Mondial de la Biere 2013, Montreal

Tasty, light and refreshing, but nice and hoppy and just a little funky. Not overboard in any direction.

Cloudy straw colored with average head and body. Lots of spicy taste. Beautifully cloudy appearance is a big plus.

Hazy light amber with a head of tiny bubbles. Nose is slightly of hops and apricots. Taste is dry white pepper, yeast and peaches. Body medium fizz. Finishes dry with taste of hops lingering.

Its good, but mundane at times. Like an american-hopped duvel. Belgian yeat + hops,

Pint at Woodlands Tavern on 5/1/13. Clear gold pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma of banana, clove, pepper and spicy hops. Malty flavor with banana and peppery yeast blending well with spicy hop before a spicy clove and grassy hop finish.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, nice banana and cloves with lichee. In mouth, a smooth wit with grassy notes, coriander, fruity and refreshing.
