Draft: beautiful golden color with an almost white head. Nice, fresh and summery, it really is the perfect blend of styles. Want more.. Now.

Bottle - Hazy amber pour with a huge foamy white head. Nose is spicy--coriander, cardamom, orange peel, herbal hops, and a dry, dusty yeastiness. Some perfume notes too. Taste is soapy, lightly fruity, with dry dusty yeast, the same spiciness, and a lightly bitter grassy finish. Orange peel and dry bready malt. Fairly thin, but fluffy. Good, but the soapiness is a bit overwhelming at times. Still--glad I tried it. I like the Hatter variants.

My favorite New Holland Brew. It has the flavor of an IPA but is lighter which makes it more drinkable. It is a unique blend that I enjoy, especially in the summer.

Aroma: lightly sweet hops/citrus and herby/original combination Appearance: translucent and bubbly/nice white head/minimal lacing/light amber in color Taste: sweet and bitter with a salty finish (I know, right?) I can taste the corriander in this one - it’s a real nice mixture but the aftertaste is rather odd Palate: slick texture/medium body/higher in carbonation than usual with a bitter finish I’d definitely buy this beer again - I like the mixture of bitter and sweet. Very drinkable when you want to go slow....I think if I drank this contuously I’d be hic-cupping after the 3rd one

Bottled pours hazy amber with an absolutely lovely rich white head. Complex taste not quite an IPA but definite hops coming through to a dry finish definitely more of an IPA than a Belgium. But then the mouth feel smooths out and the spice comes though. Overall very nice.

Bottle @JustBeer. It taste more like a belgian white than an IPA. Hoppy notes are very light. Overall, it’s quite good, well balanced and original.

On tap, pours a hazy amber orange with a thin white head, the aroma is yeasty with some citrus too, the flavor starts off with some Belgian yeast and finishes with a hop kick, doesn’t exactly come together, some spices are noticed through out as well,

On tap @ Rosamunde, Brooklyn, NY. Hazy deep golden color with thin creamy white head and good lacing. Aroma is grainy with coraiander notes, spicy, yeasty and citrus hoppy. Taste is refreshing sweet and sour grainy with spicy mouthfeel and pleasant bitter finish. Medium to full body, creamy texture and lively natural carbonation in palate. Hoppy Belgian ale - that’s almost perfect combination to me...

12oz bottle. White IPA. Hazy orange body. Big frothy white head. Zesty coriander aroma. This is an odd one, as it actually tastes like you mixed an IPA and a White ale. The herbs and spices are way overboard, and really dominate the beer in an unenjoyable fashion. Not horrendous, but not at all a quality example of the style. Instead of leaning into the smooth yeast tones, it has a harsh, medicinal, herbal thing going on. Not one I’d seek out again.

from Mondial de la Bière 2013, Mulhouse - hazy dark blond beer with a modest foam left and some particles floating within; aroma of exotic yellow fruits, hints of coriander and other undefined spices; a good malt backbone, tasty and light sweet; long peppery and fruity finish - charming
