bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Cloudy dark amber color with lots of sediment specks floating in it, off-white head cover, stripes of lace. Taste is sweet caramel malt that blooms in the palate, adding yeast and spice (especially coriander), then becoming noticeable hoppy in a medium length finish that doesn’t completely shut out the malt. Similar tp many Belgian Whites, except that it inserts a nice hoppy twist near the end. Actually,....good.

Not a bad beer. More like a good pale ale. Not sure what deems it a white ale. Slightly thick nice mouthfeel for abv. Nice citrus in general. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy golden with a thick tight foamy off white head. Lovely nose full of bright belgian wheaty esters with a certain american hop bitterness and tropical juiciness. The nose presents with some mango, lemon zest, leafy farm hops, wheat, funny belgian yeast, and papaya. The flavor is not as exciting as the nose. The mediumish body is, overall, kinda grainy and crackery with some whispers of the hop complexity the nose promised. Theres a bit of bitter leafy american hop, a touch of mango and lemon, but it quickly fades into just pale grain cereal tones with a grassy bitter finish.

Bottle during Lolla Prediction Reveal Party. Cloudy orange appearance with minimal head. Attractive. Aroma is Belgian yeast, slight floral notes, and citrus. Muted and not all too pleasant. Taste has a mild bitterness and a floral characteristic. Malt sweetness is present but not forceful enough. Aftertaste is not great. Like it stops short of being balanced or appealing. New Holland should stick to the darker efforts.

On tap. Served a hazy golden color with a nice head and good lacing. Aroma of citrus, light fruit sweet bit of malt and yeast in the background. taste of citrus, malt sweetness, fruit and a bit herbal. Mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Fairly light body, nothing fancy. Typical Belgian style ale,

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin, but well retained, off white head, with slight lacing over a hazy gold (SRM 5) body.....nose is pine, resin, grapefruit peel, lime, orange, heavy herbs, light cereal, balance to the herbs......taste is pine, resin, light wheat, a melange of herbal notes from the additives, balance to the additives.....mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, carbonation makes a foamy mouthful. This is a totally muddled beer, with coriander, orange peel, chamomile, grains of paradise, and more American type hops all in competition. Nothing stands out in the crowd. It is not a badly made beer, except it is just totally somewhere else. Coriander and resin do not occur together historically except here. Simplifying the additives might make a better beer, as this experiment is a bit off. BJCP 6/3/10/4/4

Hazy deep amber. Nose of soapy orange citrus and faint Belgian yeast spice. Flavor is more soapy orange citrus, caramel malt and light Belgian character. Lingering bitter/malty mix. Decent, but choppy.

Pours hazy orange from the 12oz. bottle. There is a good deal of caramel malt in the aroma. The flavor starts with spice, I will call it coconut, followed by a sharp bitterness from the hops. Very strange tasting ale. It seems that everyone is trying to reinvent the wheel, but this one does not work.

Pretty decent take on the white IPA. The choice of yeast spicyness benefited from the hops heat. Very flavorful.
