Aroma: lightly sweet hops/citrus and herby/original combination Appearance: translucent and bubbly/nice white head/minimal lacing/light amber in color Taste: sweet and bitter with a salty finish (I know, right?) I can taste the corriander in this one - its a real nice mixture but the aftertaste is rather odd Palate: slick texture/medium body/higher in carbonation than usual with a bitter finish Id definitely buy this beer again - I like the mixture of bitter and sweet. Very drinkable when you want to go slow....I think if I drank this contuously Id be hic-cupping after the 3rd one

Bottle. Hazy gold in colour wi medium carbonation. Aromas are of hoppy orange, coriander, and tropical flowers. Nice blend of hoppy and old school soap flavors, along with elements of flaked wheat and kitchen herbs. Medium bodied. A well executed hybrid.

12 oz single bottle from the Craft Beer Cellar - Fort Collins. Clear golden-orange appearance with a white head. The aroma is zesty, herbal, floral and spiced with a hint of fruity esters. Similar flavor, adding citrus fruits and a light peppery spice. Smooth and balanced with mild bitterness. Better than expected.

This is a really pleasant beer. In terms of a summer seasonal its a different type of beer then an Oberon, which is nice. Its a little more hoppy and bitter than the citrusy nature of Oberon. I really like this beer, and it keeps getting better.

12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, bottled on 2/17/2016. Pours lightly hazy deep golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon peel, lime, peach, pear, apple, pepper, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon peel, lime, peach, pear, apple, pepper, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon peel, lime, peach, pear, apple, pepper, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from bitterness/yeast spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky, and lightly creamy/bready balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an awesome Belgian IPA style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

This white IPA is ok. Some tropical notes with typical Belgium yeast notes. Ok but not the best

hotstuff (4762) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 15, 2015
Rated on 6-24-2015 (Bottle) This beers appearance is a small smooth white head with a long retention, slightly hazy golden body, very fizzy, fast rising carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, fruity, spicy, coriander, and yeasty. The flavor is lightly bitter, citrus hops, sweet, fruity, coriander, and yeast. The mouthfeel of this beer is light carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. A drinkable beer, but the flavor was a bit mumbled jumbled.

Bottle. A- Caramel, bread, biscuits, subtle pine, subtle citrus, tea. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Bread, caramel, slightly bitter, subtle citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. O- Not what I expected to get. One could assume white ipa or witbier and I guess its a bit along those lines, but loads of bready caramel and malts kind of take away from the general expectation of what this would taste like.
