3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not a bad IPA but only average. Actually tastes like what I brew at home. Nice citrusy flavor but not very hoppy for an IPA. Aftertaste leaves a sticky feeling on the throat. Good first try but these guys can do better. Keep working on it!

Draft at Uno. Clear yellow/gold with half inch of white frothy head. Aroma is citrus - specifically lemon-forward. Lots of bubbles here. Good, bitter finish.
This one is well balanced and refreshing. Rivals anything else coming out of NJ these days.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013
Location: Draft at the Stewed Cow, 12/28/13
Aroma: The aroma has some nice hop notes of pine and a little citrus, with some caramel
Appearance: It pours a reddish color (dark for the style), with a beige head
Flavor: The flavor is medium hoppy, and leans bitter, with some malty balance as well
Palate: The body is medium, it has a nice, clean feel, and a somewhat dry finish as well
I just added this one, and rumor has is that this benefits those who got hit by Sandy the worst. So as another beer from our state would say, "FU Sandy!" I actually thought this was quite good, and my favorite thing I’ve tried from NJ Beer Company.
