2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours a dark amber to copper color with a thin, soapy kakhi head. Aroma is full of sorghum, some planty, citrusy hops, red apple skin, earthy grain and some odd weedy (as in nuisance, thistle-like) floral notes. Sorghum and rice sugar in the flavor, husky grain, molasses, sweet red apple, and citrus and planty hops. Excessively light, fairly dry feel, moderate carbonation. While I can’t say that I really enjoyed this beer that much, I can say that the many odd aroma and flavor elements seem to be light in intensity, unlike many other sorghum based beers. Which is saying a lot in the gluten-free segment.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
"the hops are the show here, and i admit i kinda dig how they interact with the otherwise generic tasting corn adjuncty flavor and aroma. i’d drink this if offered. a touch of yeast with the citrus. ok beer."

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I really haven’t cared much for any of the gluten free beers that I’ve tried so far, but I’ll give this one a fair shake. Thanks to the addition of food coloring, it’s got a caramel body and is filled with bubbles rushing up to the somewhat yellowish fizzy head. The nose is lightly citrusy over some soggy crackers. The flavor is fairly neutral, a soft malt-like sweetness, some flax, and a pulpish bitterness. I genuinely feel sorry for those who can’t drink brews made from barley, wheat, rye...

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Gluten free. Decent pour. Clear amber. Fizzy white head. Thin nose. A bit metallix. Some caramel and some hopes. Not really great ... but decent for gluten free.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Had at the Great Arkansas Beer Festival 2014. I want to like this, so that my gluten free friends can enjoy beer also. But this is just yucky. Oh well.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This is a strange beer. It has a cider flavor to it. The body cannot support the average amount of alcohol it contains.

1.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
This is another gluten-free beer to avoid. 3/4 of the bottle went down the sink. It does offer a nice head, color, and aroma. It’s unfortunate that the after taste is so unpleasant.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Bottle @ Greg’s dump, pregaming Trailhead Tuesday. Pours a dark burnt orange appearance with a tan head. Weirdly buttery, twangy aroma. Tart, caramel, molasses, bland fruity flavor. Awful.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Syrupy sweet, with a wierd herbal-ish kind of character. Light green apple finish. Also a sort of medicinal character; subtle, but not good. Carbonation seems pretty low.
