2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Grassy and sweet to start. Pretty average on all accounts - take your macro lager, make it a bit more refined, and here you are.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle @ home. Golden, yellow appearance with a white head. Lemon, honey malty, straw, hay aroma that isn’t all that bad. Juicy Fruit, lemon, light passion fruit, honey, hay, grassy, green apple flavor. Not horrible for a GF but not something I would drink again.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a clear, rather wan straw yellow with not much head. Crisp aroma is fruity and has a hint of malt, but not much else. Flavor is a little better, fruity almost like a cider, a bit sweet - not complex, but OK. Smooth texture has decent fizz and body, and leaves a fruity, cider-like finish.
One of these days I will find a truly good gluten-free beer.

Bottle. Poured a clear pale color with an minimal frothy white head that mostly diminished with minimal lacing. Moderate grain and light hop aroma. Light to medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short duration. Soft brew.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Looks like apple cider. Smells like old flat lager. Unique plastic flavors between homemade apple cider and beer. Good sizzle. Weird mild grain alky finish.

0.9 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 2/20
God this is an awful beer. My first attempt at a gluten free beer. Aroma was nothing. Couldn’t pick anything up. Pour was a very light clear gold with no head. Look like light yellow water. Taste was nasty. Couldn’t pick up any detectable flavor except nastiness. I still have another of their beers in the fridge. If I had allergies and could only drink gluten free beer I would just not drink it.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Uhh, this beer fails to come close to anything in it’s description. It is tour, rotten, and sorghum-infested. Not a good one, in fact a really poor GF beer.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
12oz bottle, green label\cap. Pours clear, golden color. Thin barely existent head. Aroma of corn, sweet malt extract. flavor is unique. Starts off with a bit of tart notes then is the sweet honey character, touch of berry. Honey essence in the finish along with lightly sweetened corn cereal. Liquid KIX cereal. I don’t think this is as good as it could be, if there was some sort of fruit addition.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Sampled on 3/1/2012. This specialty grain ale pours very light orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is sorghum and corn, a touch of spice. A light to medium bodied gluten free beer. The Non-malts are corn, sorghum and sweet. The hops are floral and herbal. Started out fairly lively carbonated, but the carbonation disappears quickly. It really tastes like a cross between ginger ale and corn chexs. I can understand trying to brew gluten free beers, but I have yet to find out that I would want to drink more than once. This one comes the closest I have had so far, but I think if I had a gluten problem, I would switch to drinking wine and ciders. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is sweet.
