Clear, light gold. The aroma is a little bit simple, hot. Sweet with light woody notes and a fair bit of alcohol. Not the most refined mead to ever cross my palate.

Blond color. Deep aroma, honey, with some alcohol, with a very light fruity touch, and sap from freshly cut tree branches. Thick and syrupy body; the flavor is sweet, with an average honey flavor; the alcohol is too much evident; the balance is given by the bitterness, while I would prefer some acidity; itís a bit herbal and sylvan, vegetable. The final is therefore a bit boozy. An average Mead.

Bottled. A golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey, straw, and flowers. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of honey and flowers leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
