COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our delicious rendition is a traditionally brewed amber lager. It exhibits a clean and crisp German hop character, slightly dominated by a malty smoothness.

Orange pour with watery white head and lace. Sweet spicy caramel malts. Caramel malt and a light earthy bitter. Medium bodied and fizzy but a pretty nice beer.

Draft at Brewvival: Light dandelion bouquet. Hazy orange, medium yellow head. Nice honey and marigold flavor. Dandelion finish. Floral for an amber lager, but I thought it was good. Not tinny at all.

Draught at World Beer Festival, Durham, NC. Clear copper color with thin head. Spicy aroma and flavor with caramel undertones. Body is pretty thin. So so.

Pours a nice orange color with your typical marzen scent, although the flavor was not that great. Something Ill never try again.

On tap at the Flying Saucer in Charlotte. How is it that Dogwood can go under and New South manages to stay in business? What a total abortion of a brewery this is. Anyway, plain looking for a Marzen. Flavor is very woody with a very unpleasant bitter finish. Not good.
