An assertive and hoppy west coast style India Pale Ale with bright flavors that offset smooth malt undertones. A distinct hop aroma with a clean, crisp, balanced finish. The beer that bites you back.

From the tap and in to can shaped pint glass. Hazy, dark copper color with one finger thick head that left great lacing. Excellent grassy, and citrus hop aroma. Smooth malt initial taste, then moves quickly to grapefruit and resin hop taste that dissipates quickly. Low carbonation gives extra smoothness. Liked this brew a lot and will seek this out again - great work!

Poured from tap at Century House deep copper color with a thin white head. Aromas of malt resinous pine and juicy citrus. Taste is caramel grapefruit peel and lingering bitter citrus.

On tap in shaker pint glass at Jimmy’s Culpeppers. Aroma is floral dominant. Appearance is light brown with finger-width fluffy white head. Palate was medium bodied with average carbonation. Taste is mild floral sweetness balanced with mild bitter. Overall, a decent IPA. Not terribly complex but a good drink.

Draft. Rich, eye-catching deep copper color. Super-malty aroma. Flavors are a striking mix of big, piney hop bitterness, and deep chocolate malts that keep on chocolating. Wouldn’t want this in July, but it’s pretty super in February.

This beer gets your attention. For a 12oz can from a reasonably new, smaller brewery, I wasn’t expecting to get walloped in the face with hop bitterness quite like this. It’s not a subtle beer, since it comes right at you with its effervescent bite, but it is satisfying and a bit complex.

Strong in the IPA category you are, hmm. Wonderfully alcoholic for a single IPA you are. Green head flies bite hard and fast. This beer mirrors that. It's pretty good. I am swayed because I'm local. But make a good beer and can it and I will drink it. Maybe add hop leaves. Like alchemist? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Some decent hop flavors over a sticky yet astringent malt sweetness. Not bad, but tincture with an odd dissatisfying linger.

Can from Brewtopia. Murky caramel color with lasting head and lace. NIce floral citrus and pine aroma with caramel and toasted nuts. LIght toasted caramel sweetness with taosted nuts and fruit. Fairly assertive citrus rind bitterness with lingering woody pine. Medium light body, especially for abv. Fairly soft mouthfeel. Very good.

Can. Pours quite hazy orange, large puffy beige head, sticky lacing. Aroma is pine and perfume, hints of dank citrus. Flavor is medium plus sweet, medium plus bitter, caramel, pine, dank, citrus. Full body, viscous mouthfeel. Too sweet, too bitter.
