An assertive and hoppy west coast style India Pale Ale with bright flavors that offset smooth malt undertones. A distinct hop aroma with a clean, crisp, balanced finish. The beer that bites you back.

12oz can. Pours a very hazy golden amber with a decent white head. Big pine aroma with flavors of pine, citrus and pepper. Very bitter. Don’t share this one with your pale ale friends. Love the name knowing where the brewery is and the green heads in the area plus the hop bite. Great new brewery, looking forward to tasting more of their brews. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

An undiscovered gem of an IPA, truck loads of hops in aroma and flavor, a bit off in color, slight haze as you might find in other hop bombs. Better in my opinion than Heady.

From the 12 fl. oz. can. The pour is mainly orange-amber and vaguely hazy. Off-white head. It’s man IPA so the floral hops must be evident and they are. That and the toasted breaded malts. Those floral hops are very notable on the nose along with the toasted biscuit character. It is what I might expect. Medium and smooth body. The body is medium and smooth. Flora hops aplenty in the taste mingle well with the toasted malts. There are many IPA’s out there that are just like this and they all are enjoyable. The taste has an abundance of floral hops mixed in with those biscuit malts. I drink so many beers that have similar characteristics and this one is similar to Wachusetts Larry and others, but I really enjoyed it nonetheless. But it does the trick.

Deep chestnut brown, offwhite head. Aroma is mildly hoppy and fruity. Very bitter with a strong malty backbone. Grassy, piney.

Can from a trade with WillRunForBeer. Pours hazy dark golden color with white head. Pine and citrus aromas with light malt. Similar flavors with a dry finish and moderate bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation. Thanks Brian.

Copper color out of the can with a sticky foamy yellowish beige head. Aromatic earthy hops with some grapefruit notes. Rich, smooth caramel sweetness and coarse bread with tons of grapefruit rind, orange marmalade, and earthy hops. Nice, full flavored IPA.

Dry, hoppy, very bitter. I liked it with a burger and fries. A good beer worth revisiting.

Tap. Pours a darker, slightly murky brown with minimal head. Not as much hop aroma as I would expect from a West coast IPA. The flavor was a bit malty and evolved into an astringent, bitter aftertaste.

Can drank at the cabin in NH, by myself. Pours deep, ruby-gold with a large, off-white froth. The nose has some fresh citrus, grapefruit, orange, dry bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with toasty pale bread, a smokey off-note, dryish citrus rind, dried orange. Medium bodied with average, lively carbonation. Lightly drying to finish with more mineral smokiness, pine, dry brown bread, dry grapefruit, earth, dirty hay. Good start, mediocre finish. So so overall.

Thanks again to my cousins. This is a dry IPA, with dashes of grapefruit and rye bread. For some reason the taste makes me think of the coast (it was not just the name). Good.
