4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From the can and poured in to tulip. Pours hazy yellow, thick white head that lingers; good lacing and carbonation. Floral aromas with spices, citrus. Smooth round biscuit taste, light wheat, oats, subtle spices and orange/lemon - nice balance and pleasantly surprised by this one.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz can into a stemmed harpoon leviathan glass. Pours with a large lasting head that filters down to a thin layer over the brew with tiny bubble pockets everywhere. Appearance is cloudy yellow and gold. Aroma is belgian spice, sweet candies, and wheat grass. Taste is spice, wheat glares profound, old citrus, and a melon kick at the end. Easy, mellow brew from a great brewery. nice selection on my bday.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz. can from Julio’s liquors. Nose is wheat, lemon zest, a tad of spicy yeast. Flavor is grainy, with Belgian yeast upfront followed by coriander, sweet bread type malts, light citrus and an essence of pepper in the finish. Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall well made. It was real easy for me to drink, yet somehow forgettable. Nothing really stands out.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I had a good few of these over the summer and I am now rating my last can. Great corriander and slight orange zest aromas with estery goodness mixed in.White cloudy appearence. Taste is much lighter and more watery than the full aroma would suggest but still has a great slight sweetness. Great offering from this small mass brewery. A great thing to hand to your blue moon drinking friends.

12oz can. Pours a hazy light golden with a white head. Spicy aroma. Citrus and spicy flavors though the spice is subtle and alot less than the aroma suggests. Overall an easy drinking decent witbier.

Six-pack from Julios. Poured in with bottom of can swirled in. Murky light orange-yellow color. White head that settles to a thick lace. Aroma is nice and spice with some citrus. Flavor is more spice than citrus. Very smooth body though. Light bready finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sweet citrus and banana scent, would come off as a hefe if not for the accompanying coriander scent. Hazy yellow color. Near sour tartness, citrus backwash. Papery feel but not really dry. Easy drinker. Average US wit.

Are all the previous raters for this beer MA homers or something? I don’t get the excitement for this Wit, nor the intrigue. 12 FL. OZ. can that I bought from town in rather shady liquor store between downtown Salisbury and the Newburyport Turnpike. To long-stemmed wine glass, it pours a hazed, tanned sandy stil de grain yellow accompanied by a trim, sudsy snowy white head barely a fingernail in length. Aromas of wheat flour, orange extract, Sweethearts, candies, coriander, yeast, and rosemary. Tastes of coconut, wheat malt, unripe bitter orange peel, sage, and yeast. Pickled pears by swallow. Drinkable, but not by any means great. This up-and-coming brewery has a lot to make up for. Hopefully they can release something in the near future that’s at least decent to consume.
