Cask gravityat Reading BF 08. Gold with a thin white head. Itís ok, pretty forgettable gold bitter with some hop, not a lot of character. Some citrus flavour. Hop is ok, no more.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol, 2/4/09. This was a good example of many English golden ales. Inoffensive in the extreme, not offering much by way of character. Golden, some sweetness, vaguely hoppy, forgettable.

Cask at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Golden colour with quick gone white head. Fruity aroma. Fruity and sweet malty taste. Light and dry and average.

Pale beer with a very light aroma and dry pale ale like flavour. Overall a plain dry ale with a slight hint of malts.

Golden yellow in colour. Aromas are spritzy fruit, grain and apple. Flavours are grain, soft butter and floral and spicy hops. Dry and not bad.
