Rated a little higher than I might normally, mainly because it’s an extremely smooth, great tasting, readily available on tap beer. Pours very light brown but deepens in color as pour finishes. Aroma of sweet dry nuts. very light head with medium carbonation. As stated before very smooth, sweet, with a little bite just to tell you it is an ale.

Have had many times. Pours light brown with white head. Body is really thin. Aroma of malt and caramel. Flavor is caramel and nuts with a little malt. I like these ice cold. Just good carmel goodness.

An extremely light brown ale. Watery texture. Clear medium brown color. Decent lasting off white head. Carmel flavor with hints of nutty malts.

12 oz. bottle poured into pint glass. The best thing about this beer is the nutty carmel flavor. It is a little watery compared to other browns for my liking. But overall, you can’t complain about the satisfying flavor. Not near as bitter as others which makes it very easy to drink a few of.

12 oz clear bottle. Poured into a pint glass. Clear auburn color with a frothy tan head. Aroma is barely distinguishable from that of a pilsener. It’s a faint, grainy, and there’s a bit of toffee. Flavor is milky with some roast up front and chocolate tones and sweet nuttiness in the finish. Smooth, sweet, and easy to drink. Flavor is noticeably watery; this is basically a ’diet’ brown ale in taste. With more robustness, this could be a good beer, but as it is, it’s just another mediocre-but-drinkable beer.

Deep brown color with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is nuty, carmel, and a dash of hops. Sweet, nutty, malty tast with an extremely well balanced hops finsih. Yum!

Not much of an aroma. Light tan head that dissipated quickly. Nice, brown color, but somewhat watery taste, which was disappointing. Taste a little hops, malt, and a little sweetness on the aftertaste. Good drinking beer, but not exquisite.

On draft pours a nice dark brown. Caramel, malty aroma, the flavor is nothing special with this beer it is mostly neutral with almost no hoppiness. Nothing special or interesting stands out with this beer. It is a solid beer but mostly just an average brown.
