A little bit bitter but not too bad. Won’t find too much better beers in gas stations.

Not a bad beer. No real aroma or head to it. The flavor is slightly burnt and malty, just slightly bitter. Quite carbonated. Nothing really stands out about it, but it’s a decent ale on its own. Great to get at a restaurant to go with a meal.

Bottled. I like the clear brown/dark amber color it has. Not much in the way of hop aroma, but has a decent malty aroma. Nutty/malty and sour like taste. Very carbonated finish. This is my choice when I’m at a bar that only serves American macros.

Cleary bubbly brown, lots of carbonation and malt taste. Has more of a taste of reddish brews instead of typical brown ales.

This beer has a case of the brown poo. It mostly happens with bad brown ales and sometimes porters (lesser example: stovepipe porter; extreme example: Green Mill Island Porter). Musty caramelly nutty poop malt with a nice douse of water to make it like, well, ya know. Not much of anything for hops.

draft; pours a pale brown with a descent head. aroma is a cidery malt much like malt vinegar. tastes much the same. malt up front quickly fades to a cidery malt vinegar like flavor. slowly followed by a prescence of earthy hops.

This is one of my favorites! Just a delicious beer with good flavor, color, palate, etc. It is easy to drink (sometimes too easy) and is great anytime.
