Bomber. Dark orangey brown with an ok white head. Lots of malt character and the accompanying sweetness but not complex. A solid session beer but not fantastic.

1 pt 2.6 oz. Smells a little skunky at first; this goes away after a minute or so. I can’t help but wonder if it’s the clear glass bottles that makes some of these beers smell skunky. These world-class breweries should really know better. Tastes a little sweet. I taste baked bread/biscuits. Watery aftertaste. Despite its downsides, I really like this beer.

Have had from the bottle several times. A decent profile, but just not enough. Like a watered down version.

Bottle a few times. This really is one of the better macros widely available in US, IMO. Sweet and nutty undertones, maybe a little caramel. Smells pretty good too.

The wife tried this one with a coconut curry veggie stir fry and said it paired well. Poured a medium amber color and was a little sweet, not very storng in the malt dept. All in all descent little beer.

Malty light chocolate nose, Clear amber brown color, medium head. Lightish malt, minimal bitterness, easy and balanced. Light to medium body, big carbonation, cleanish malty finish. All around easy drinking, yet mildy complex beer. Pairs great wih all food.

A nice amber colour and equally nice taste with the malt quite evident. Not too much carbonation and thus the head was a bit flat. The label on mine says "brewed by the Newcastle Breweries, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England".
