At the bierkoning in Amsterdam, brown, very thin head, some hazelnuts and caramel, nice bitter, easy to drink and nice one.

"pretty standard here-somewhere between a macro and micro in flavor and quality. good malty, nutty nose and flavor. no balance. iíll drink a free one, but I donít buy this beer if there are micros offered."

Warka do 30.04.2015r.

Reviewed On: (5/21/14): *Glassware: Nonic Pint *Serving: 12 oz *Aroma: caramel, nuttiness, bready/cracker *Appearance: Deep amber with a white one finger head, that receded quickly. Lacing was sticky at the top of the glass, but did not lace the entire glass. *Taste: Caramel upfront, nuttiness in the middle, and a bready taste at the end. *Palate: Light body, watery mouthfeel, average carbonation. Finishes semi-dry. *Overall: This beer is overpriced for what it is. Regardless, it is very easy drinking and sessionable. I would not seek this out for everyday drinking, because its rather dull. However, if its late at night, when all the craft beer stores are closed in my area, I would easily go to a local gas station, and pick up a pint.

Aroma: intense caramel malts, toffee, bread. Appearance: hazy brown, small, beige head. Taste: medium sweet. Palate: sweets continue, very malty, heavy caramel, soft carbonation. Overall: not very subtle, quite in your face sweet, too malty, yet not that unpleasant to drink. Can aboard American Airlines flight LHR to JFK.

I love this beer recycled straight from my boyfriends tap! I just canít seem to get enough of it. I drink it every day! It tastes so good coming from the big head on his peter and it doesnít taste like piss either. I canít wait to have some later on this evening.

One of my go to beers when the place doesn't have a great selection. A classic. You should all stop hating on it just because its not a craft beer.

A classic beer that provides full bodied flavour in a low(ish) alcohol content brew.

This has to be one of my favorite drinking beers. Not too light, not too dark. Just good clean beer. Itís also reasonably price and Iíve even seen it in gas stations before so itís quite accessible.

Light tasting ale with a honey, maple and very light malt flavor. Clean finish similar to a lager.
