Pours a clear pale amber with a respectable white head. Aroma is bread dough and mild hop spiciness. Taste is sweet caramel malt, biscuits and just a hint of hop bitterness. Nothing exceptional, but a decent session.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 djroehler (154) - Minnesota, USA - MAR 25, 2013
Clear dark amber, thin white head. Light lemon aroma, slightly hoppy. Moderate carbonation, lighter body. Taste is slight citrus hops, light roasted malt body, sweet slightly fruit notes as it finishes.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 coldbrewky (1318) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - MAR 24, 2013
I believe they found the recipe for this on a succession of alcohol sodden martini napkins. Yeah there are some hops here.....but where do I begin on how droll this is.....Oh yeah...unbalanced for starters. Hops. Break. Flat stale malts. Break. A tingling of uncertainty and hesitance. Break. A stuttering restart to body. Break. A semblance of a finish. Blah. I does look nice with the shimmering deep amber in the glass.

Not a good effort at all. Incredibly bland Marco. I expected a little more from newcastle. Tastes lik a molson export.

Bottle, amber color with light foam, was hoping for something like werewolf, but not. Pretty bland pale ale with some papery metallic notes
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Imaena (846) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Bottle at Bevs: This is a pretty bad beer. Disappointing. Not that I expected fireworks but they could have done better.
4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 felsenpils (56) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAR 17, 2013
A very nice English ale. Deep clear orange color, nice foam, good clean English ale aroma. Nice balanced taste with a little malty caramel aftertaste. Hops just in the background as they should be. Very refreshing, you could drink a lot of this. All of you out there expecting a hopped up American west coast citrus beer will be disappointed. This is traditional English ale, not an abomination of the style. If you cannot appreciate this beer, then your beer palate is not nearly as refined as you thought.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 wimpyjoe (1676) - Manchester, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - MAR 17, 2013
Lighter brown ale with a mild pale ale character, lost somewhat amongst the sweet taste and aroma.
