Cask handpull, The Slug and Lettuce, Leicester. Copper with orange edges in the dusk, and a well-behaved lacing cream collar. Like the only other Newmans beer I’ve had this is a top Welsh drop; Roses orange and strawberry creams aroma with a strong, milky nut, oaky softness. Delicate apple strudle yeast and spice dusted with cocoa, dessicated strawberry, cigar ash, rolled oats. Green and orange burps, big lace. Actually very good indeed.
