COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Previously known as Mendip Mammoth.
This smooth ale is distinguished by its fresh alpine taste and subtle fruit aromas, which are balanced with a lovely continental hop presence. ’Mammoth’ is a refreshing light brown beer, with a delicate fruity and floral flavour.

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours clear amber with a small head. Fruity malt aroma with hints of wood and leaves. Flavor is very sweet, notes of toast, fruit and honey. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, subtly sticky and bitter. Alright stuff.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty, caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110804]
