Cask conditioned at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Gold to amber with white head. Straight into an intense hoppy dryness, full of grapefruit notes, pithy and bitter. Plenty of depth and lip smacking zestiness. Very pleasant indeed.

Cask conditioned handpump Slug & Lettuce Leicester 21/11/12. A golden beer with a bright white head and lace. Nice sharp citrussy aroma and taste with great bitterness in the mouth. Good stingy body. Lovely hops. Easily the best beer I’ve had from Caerphilly. Tangerine sharpness from the new world hops.
