Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, nutty, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100121]

Cask conditioned at Far from the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Amber to gold with white head. Thinnish light bitter with a perfumed, flowery hop note, a little too distracting for my taste.
