Black in color with a khaki head. Nice roasted malt aroma, coffee, and dark chocolate. Minimal cherry character, however. There’s a bit of smoke and a mild sweetness. The flavor is nice and roasty with a good chocolate note. Some cocoa powder, nice coffee, and some hints of smoke. A bit more cherry than the aroma, but still subtle.
