Bottle. Hazy medium yellow, finely bubbled effervescent head. Aroma and flavour are intensely artificial apple, like Jolly Rancher candies, with corn syrup undertones. Alcopop.

330ml bottle from SAQ..
Appearance : Slightly hazy pale yellow. Small head, some lacing.
Aroma : Green apple, slightly artificial. Light sweetness. Light malt and light wheat.
Taste : Artificial apples with wheat and light malt. Finish has wheat and apple flavoring. Faint bitterness.
Palate : Fizzy carbonation.
Overall : Nose is not bad but it feels fairly artificial. Same with the same. Highly drinkable and refreshing. Nothing good but I can see why someone whos not a beer drinker would like this.

Poor artificial apple flavor. Thin, but still nice and easily drinkable beer for after a walk in the garden on a hot summer day. should be served chilled.

Apfeliger Geruch. Fr meine Begriffe etwas zu stark. Geschmacklich apfel-hefig, in Mitte und Ausklang verhalten herb. Schon interessant, aber sehr konzentrierter Apfelgeschmack, der das Bier runterzieht. Test vom 23.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Big creamy very white head. Hazy yellow body with strong carbonation. Deep sugary winter apple pie aroma with mealy notes. Sweet mealy winter apple taste with syrupy herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish-sweet mealy apple aftertaste with plasticky earthy notes. Its not bad. Could use more freshness, though. (0.33l bottle, Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

Originally rated February 2007. Came in a Brasserie Lefebvre 8-pack sampler at the SAQ. Says this beer contains 15% applejuice. Best before date written is L04012008. Pours a hazy beige-white-yellow colour looking like pear juice. Wow... great fruit smell (apples, pears), almost candyish. The head is white, slightly creamy and leaves good lacing, and a ring around. Tiny bubble carbonation that is nice and soft. The taste is pretty mild, but quite refreshing and delicious. Again, the apples and pears flavour mix well. Quite good (probably for summer), and too bad this one does not come at the SAQ as a regular brew. Recommended for those who like mild fruit beers.
