12 oz bottle pours a golden color with no head. Aromas of sweet apple, not much else. Light bodied, sweet, not bad.

Cheap single at trader joes. Decent - semi sweet and dry. Red apple mostly. Not a standout, but scratches my cider itch of late.

355ml bottle. I am convinced that this is Woodchuck Amber Draft Cider. It is a sweet and crappy cider.

A Trader Joeís exclusive by the brewers of Woodchuck. If I donít seem excited about this, itís because I am not. This said, for what it is, it is a decent tasting cider of the soda-pop variety. I have had a couple dozen of these in the last few months and I am actually starting to like them. Call it Stockholm syndrome, I guess. This one amber--a shade darker than apple juice, most likely due to added coloring--and completely headless aside from a few bubbles when first poured. It smells and tastes like apple juice like all these things too but this is at least on the dry side for the style and crisp carbonation keeps it drinkable. It finishes w/ some light floral notes on the tongue and a bit of tea-leaf astringent characters. A lot of these new ciders are just total garbage, over sweet and disgusting, but I can see why a person might want to drink this.

Bottle. Pours golden-copper with some minor fizzy bubbles. Aroma is a generic apple smell. Tastes like apple cider but a little watered down. Fairly sour and tart. Nearly flat carbonation. Not bad but just feels like something is missing.

Pours deep clear amber into a shaker. Still. Mild apple aromas. Soft with mildly tart apple front to back. Not bad - nothing really negative to say other than itís a little sweet and not very exciting.
