I liked this one slightly better then the Granny Smith. It had a little more of a classic cider profile. I do wish it was a tad sweeter, but if you like your cider dry this is a good one.

§ Aroma: 40
□ Very dicreet, a little dissapoiting
§ Appearance: 95
□ Great Color. Most cider seem to pale
§ Taste: 70
□ Decent, fleeting not as much apple as a thought. I just realised I downed half that bottle in 20sec trying to get the tast right. Probably not a great sign
§ Palate: 75
□ Could be more fizzy but about what a cider should be like
§ Overall: 80
□ Good probably my favorite with harpoons

This is a great cider and one of the best I’ve had. It’s light amber with a few thin bubbles immediately vanishing to a thin ring that eventually disappears - actually about as good-looking as cider seems to get. The aroma is light very ripe appels with 7-up, lemon. The taste is fairly full-bodied, lightly musky ripe apple to a drier apple finish, a nice, ful apple flavour and it’s neither too sweet nor too dry.

Sweet apple and candy aromas and a crystal clear amber body. Sweet red and sour green apples tastes that are in good harmony. A slight pucker and authentic apple flavors. Good carbonation (not too much or too little). Finishes sweet with a lasting taste of golden apples. Very refreshing.

Wow. This actually poured much darker than I expected. Great cider taste without being sickeningly sweet. It’s actually very much like drinking apple juice, but in a good way. One of the better ciders I’ve had.

Doesn’t smell that strongly of apples. I actually kind of liked this. Not too sweet or apply, it’s got a bit of juice flavor that stays for a long time. A very nice finish. Good stuff.

Sampled at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits Wednesday evening beer tasting and shared by JK. From a 12-oz bottle pours a clear light golden apple cider with some light bubble ring on glass side. Aroma of sweet apple cider, a touch of brown sugar, some herbal spice and a touch of caramel, Taste is medium bodied, a good balance of tart and sweet apples with a hint of alcohol burn. Finish is semi-dry with a light spiced apple aftertaste that quickly disappears.

Clear brownish copper, small, loose head. Smells like apples and a little bit of caramel. Taste is apple juice and some citrus notes. Ok at first, but gets a little tedious...

Purchased at Trader Joe’s. Pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is red apples that seem a bit fake. Medium crisp body with light carbonation. The flavor starts with semi-sweet red apples and some spice. The finish has a decent pulpy taste to it. A decent cider.

Shared by JK. Copper color. Slightly sweet apple aroma and taste. Light carbonation. Eh, apple juice with a little kick.
