[bottle] shared by JK. Poured very clear, almost no color with a tiny white head. Mouthfeel is very light and sparkling. Sweet finish without much tartness.

(Bottle) This isn’t beer and it doesn’t even remotely resemble beer so I’m not sure why it’s on this site, but I’m rating it nonetheless. Wow...this one is quite something. Tastes more like wine than anything else. There is very little sugar or sweetness, and there’s a sort of thin bite like in a dry white wine. Some complexity in the aroma. I really like this one, in spite of the fact that I think the "regular" cider made by this company is quite poor.

Sampled at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits Wednesday evening beer tasting and shared by JK. From a 12-oz bottle pours a clear with just a barely straw colored cider with no bubbles or any ring. Taste is slightly tart apple and apple skin with a touch of sugar. Taste is slightly tart apple, medium bodied with no spices or any additional flavors. Finish has a mild tart aftertaste that quickly disappears. Pretty much an average tart apple cider.

Didn’t like the Newton’s Folly. It smelled very good, but the palate and taste didn’t live up to the scent.

Crisp palate. A little sour. Fairly sweet and sugary. Not much to say, a very inexpensive cider, drinkable enough.
