COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The second installment of Saratoga Brewings Next Day Series is one of the hot styles of 2012, a Black IPA. It’s a full bodied IPA with a rich, black color and incredible blend of citrus hops, balanced with floral and pine hops. It has an aromatic blend of roasted malts, creating a dark chocolate and nutty flavor. This ultra fresh Black IPA will literally be 24 hours old, when it premieres February 6th.

Draft. Pours deep brown with a beige head. Light sweet and roasted malts with medium bitter floral hops. Not much punch, but not bad nonetheless.
