I don’t think that i would ever classify this as a bitter. It is an american style pale ale, with good depth of hop bitterness and flavour with a strong citrus/flowery/herbal aromas that reveal the use of the cascade hops-and lots of it. It’s a good beer.

Sweet malty aroma. Dry, light malty, slightly hoppy body. Nice organic/citrusy hop finish.

This is a very old rating that had no description. I’m sure it was good but I don’t remember it.

Simple, but with some delicious fruity-hoppy flavours.
