HighlanderOne (453), Somewherein, New Jersey, USA Jul 28, 2001 I really enjoyed this one. Great flavor, feel, and aftertaste. I resisted the urge to have many more. iambeer (255), Ontario, Canada Apr 27, 2005 This beer I could stand to make a regular appearance in my fridge. Poured a nice amber colour. Aroma is good and the hint of apples makes it very drinkable. daboskabouter (1468), Fergus, Ontario, Canada Jun 24, 2001 Huge aroma of green apples. Bit bitter on the finish. A little dry. Quite drinkable though. Boutip (1745), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Jan 28, 2005 Niagara Bottle: Poured a very light brown ale with nice head with good retention. Aroma is a mix between floral hops and strong malt. Taste is very similar to your average APA but with less sweetness and a bit more bitterness at the end. I was quite surprise since I was expecting a boring macro pale ale but nothing as good as this. Looking back at some other rating, I’m now wondering if my taste buds were out yesterday or if they change their recipe. Radek Kliber (3284), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Nov 28, 2002 Transparent brownish amber. Small head, low gas. Nice rich aroma, some sweetness, bark of an alder. Creamy, friendly beer that is fun to drink.
