Commercial Description:
Niagara Honey Brown is brewed with well-balanced hops that give it a light bitterness. The beer is then aged to achieve roundness and to create a pleasant, smooth finish. A touch of honey gives this beer a subtle sweetness. Niagara Honey Brown goes great with spicy foods, pizza, and steak.

341ml bottle from TBS- Pours a transparent mahogany with a slightly of white foam. Nose is caramel, slight hops, grains and brown sugar. Somewhat sweet brown sugar flavour profile with weak hopping, grains and slight toasty malts. Watery palate and mouth feel. Ok.

341ml bottle, 5% a/v Pours a rich copper colour with an average tan head. Aroma is very sweet, honey and toffee, with some very slight notes of maple. Taste is very malty and sweet with honey, which is then balanced back by a dose of hops, finally finishing in a smooth maple flavour. The mouthfeel is very thin, and the beer is a bit sweet, but it’s still worth a try.

Tap a C’est What
Clear gold with hint of amber. Large creamy, thick top that left fine lacing.
Sugar sweetness, malt oriented aroma with rather strong hints of honey. Quiet sweet in short.
Light bodied ,even fairly thin . Plain, sweet in character. To sweet to be refreshing and drinkable. Light brew that is over sweetened .

Had a bottle of this in a local restaaunt in Niagara Falls. Couldn’t find the maple, although it was slightly honey sweet. Weak but drank ok with dinner.

Pale yellow, no head, corny aroma. thin mouth feel. No redeemable qualities. It was all i could do to finish this half pint which was free at the Emassy Suits free reception get togther. Saw it on the menu in several Niagara Falls restaraunts. Tastes or lack there of, like every other mass produced Canadian brew.
