Bottle - 341ml. Golden body with average carbonation and a thin white foamy head. Its malty/hoppy aroma is well balanced but is rather thin. Decent malty/hoppy taste with grainy notes. Ends with a short bittersweet finish. Fair Lager.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Tessic (746) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 29, 2010
This lager poured a clear, light yellow colour with a big, bright white, foamy head. To the nose there are scents of corn, dough, bread and cereal. First sip was smooth with quite a strong flavour of cream corn. Other flavours include hay, bread adn a small amount ofhopp bitterness. Finish is cereal (corn flakes) with a slight bitterness that lingers...
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Spab (1646) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 17, 2010
341 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear golden yellow with small white cap. Light, somewhat sweet grainy aroma. Flavour is grainy with a honey-ish sweetness and a light hopping. Decent but nothing special.

On tap at the brewpub. Very similar to the light lager, just more alcohol really. The only difference, i can find is there is a bit more of a hop bite, but other than that, its the same. Quality lager.

Bottle, purchased as part of mixed 6-pack at the brewpub. Clear golden with a decent white head that collapses into a persistent ring. Slightly sweet, slightly caramelly grainy aroma. Again, slightly sweet grainy flavour with a fullness to the body that is pleasant. Mild (but certainly notable) hop bite in the finish. This should qualify as a "premium" lager, given the surprising quality here.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2010 Golden color, and curiously hazy. Fruity aroma stands out. Grainy and a little bit toasty, slightly sweet. Light hop finish.

On tap at Niagara’s Best. Pours a very pale straw yellow with a thin white head. Looks like fizzy yellow beer so I’m hesitant. Big sweet caramel malt notes up front, almost a bit towards corn. Still a touch sweet and corn like, but crisp and nicely carbonated. Clean dry finish with some graininess. Probably one of my least favorites of the flight of ten, but done well for what it’s supposed to be.
