Pale golden with a small white, foamy head. Elderflower is dominant in aroma and taste. Some citrus too. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

There is limited aroma in this beer. The taste is slightly sweet with a distinct taste of elderflower rounded with slightly hoppy aftertaste. The sweetness is slightly honey-like without being cloying. Toward the end I can taste a little mint, but I was hoping that mint would be in greater contrast to the sweet elderflower than is the case. It was precisely the combination elderflower / mint I had looked forward to. It is certainly not a boring beer, but the draw therefore not attention to themselves in great style.

A little thin, light golden letdrikkelig thirst quencher with a fine foam that quickly disappears.

Cloudy pale golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus and elderflowers, with herbal notes of nettle and a hint of peppermint. Dry and grainy flavour with overwhelming, strong peppermint.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a two-finger, white head leaving lacings. The aroma has a touch of elderflower, as well as fruityness and pale matls. Reading the commercial deScription I feel the mint as well. The flavor is a bit too mellow, with the elderflower being most evident. Some mint towards the else grainy and fruity finish. Medium body. Well, I guess that a properly chilled bottle will be pleasant in the spring time, maybe on the restaurant by the sea just across the street from the brewery, but on the other hand it’s just a regular pale ale with a twist. 110421
