Served room temperature by the brewers so we could taste it, but was recommended to be tried very cold.
Clear straw yellow color, white head. Heerbal, spicy, mint scent. Herbal taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Sep 3, 2008 50 cl bottle, bougth at SuperBrugsen, Nibe. Extremely foamy white head; you have to pour it very slow into the glass. The color is cloudy yellow. Aroma is spicy, citrus, wheat and yeast. Flavor is wheaty with fruit, yeast and spices. Not a very pleasant mouthfeel.

Sep 1, 2008 Cloudy golden orange colour with a white head. Wheaty, yeasty, citric aroma with a light fruity note. Wheaty sweet flavor with fruity notes. Light dry and quite yeasty finish.
