Feb 23, 2008 Bottle. A very nice tripple. It´s not a monster beer but smooth and nice crafted, goes very well with spiced food. Colour dark golden with medium long lasting white head. Aroma of bananas and some sweet exotic notes, that I can´t put a word on. Nice taste sweet with wheat and banana notes. The best beer from the brewery till now. The best danish tripple I´ve tried, though there is not so many at all.

Mar 17, 2008 50 cl bottle. Straw yellow color, nice off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast and some citrus. Flavor has the same, and also some «perfume» from salvie and mint. I liked it.

Apr 25, 2008 Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, spices, malt. Flavour is spices, malt, fruit, sweet, herbs, hop, yeast, alcohol. Easy drinkable beer.

Apr 24, 2008 Bottle. (#47) An unclear, golden beer with a nice, dense off-white head. Alcohol, some spicyness, malt and some caramel in the aroma, quite pleasant. Spices, mint being the most prominent, and malty sweetness blending in nicely. Full, warming, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, and a long finish with pale-malty sweetness, some alcohol and a spicy touch. A nicely spiced beer, sure drinkable on it’s own, maybe a bit on the alcohol side, but I think it goes better with food. (080302)

May 24, 2008 Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy yellow. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits and malt.
