Pours a nice reddish brown, great frothy beige head to it. Aroma is light and matches the light flavor profile. Belgian yeast brings great flavor but the beer ends very smooth and light with a touch of hops. The carbonation/sparkling-ness is a great touch.

Had this beer for Christmas Eve. Cloudy dary brown with amber tint and creamy head. Malty fruity aroma. Sweet malty flavors with dried fruits and spice flavors. Alcohol masked nicely.

On tap Rugby House. Nose of dark fruit, spice, and clove. Flavor is very malty with lots of Belgian yeast.

Hazy dark brown brown in the glass with a thin white head. Fruity aroma especially an orange note, also some vanilla and other spice. Smooth, rich mouthfeel. Nutty malt and dried fruits on the palate.

[ TEXTURE ] corpo medio, calda in bocca , media carbonazione. Percezione alcolica evidente.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours brown-red with a foamy thickish head that settles to frothy layer after a while. It’s attractive. Unfortunately I have a cold at point of testing som I have no smell sense but as far as I remember the aroma is malty and yeasty, a little burnt. It’s good, but currently it could be skunk living in there and I wouldn’t notice (damn country, Sweden). The taste full of flavours, caramell, special B, dried fruits, but also some balancing bitterness. Long aftertaste. Excellent. Yummy. Body is light to medium and palate spritzy. I like it. A lot.

3oz tasting at DBS. Aroma has some alcohol in the nose with caramel notes. Caramel, light/dark fruit, and alcohol in flavor. Nice balance of carbonation and mouthfeel. Very good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
