Opaque pour with a white head. Lovely smell that I can’t quite place. Nice alcohol taste with a bit of bitterness. Winter warmer.

Dark amber-brown, fairly minimal beige-coloured head. Sweet, malty aroma, similarly rich in taste, with a hint of burnt maltiness. An excellent, warming brew.

Amber coloured beer with a quickly vanishing head. Aroma of sweet malt and dark fruit. Taste slightly sweet, slightly burned malt and well balanced.

Donc sympa..

Aroma is nice, full of alcohol, X-mas associated spices, and a dark fruit. Appearance is a beautiful ruby red, clear, and with a bodacious frothy white head. X-mas spices are present, as is that alcohol intoxication, and some nice dark fruit, perfect balance. Palate is full, with a sticky, lively carbonated experience. The finish is satisfying long, and intoxicating. Whoa! Great beer.

Pours in dark amber body with hints of ruby against the light, with low tan frothy head. Aroma is full of dark fruits, dried plums, dark sugar, hints of alcohol. Taste as a sugar sweetness, spicy, with low, not very noticeable, bitterness. Body is full, oily with low carbonation.

Nice, ruby-red beer, and it has a fluffy, somewhat brown layer of foam. It has a hint of nutmeg and alcohol in the aroma. The taste is very complex, and it has an explosion of diversity and it not quite definable. The aftertaste is metallic-bitter, (umami), but doesn’t hold on for long.

On tap. Pours a clear brown color with a medium sized tan head. Smells sweet. Taste is of lightly roasted malt, caramel, nuts, lighter citrusy fruits, sugar and spices. Slightly bitter and tangy aftertaste. Very good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
