A 75oml bottle waz enjoyed by all that had the pleasure. Nice customary La Chouffe gnome/elf creatures on the bottle , only this time they’re homless bumbs sitting in the snow. Maybe not the best Christmas beer .The Thyme and Cutaco spices are good value . Its poweful @ 10 %, and malty ,with late floral hop tangs. It lacks just a little something ,i’m not sure what.

75cl bottle. Ruby red, excellent lasting pale beige head and gentle condition. Big fruity spicy aromas with hints of caramel and roast barley. Sweet and spicy in the mouth with corriander and cinnamon apparent and a gentle distant hoppiness. Slightly sweet and syrupy aftertaste with a lingering roasted note.

RnH: Extreme Winter: Pours deep marroon leaving a thin off white head. The nose was great, especially in the snifter... loads of roasted malts, bright fruits, mild citrus and some sugars. Taste was very nice, complex. More fruits, clove and banana, deep sugars. The body was easy, very drinkable. Nice brew.

On draft at Michael Symon’s Bspot. Poured dark, clear amber with minimal. Off white head. Belgian yeast, orange, herbal spice, caramel malts on the nose. More of the same once you take a sip. Sweet, light and fluffy. Distinct. D’Chouffe characteristics with more body.Balanced and aptly named.
