COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not like most traditional ales we use 3 different malted barleys creating a medium bodied amberish ale. We then selected European hops and yeast, naturally carbonating and aging the beer for almost four weeks. This produces an incredibly smooth ale (5% alc.vol) that even the ladies will enjoy.

Pours acopper coloured with a medium bubbly head. Malty aoroma with caramel overtones. taste is also malt and light caramel with a decent bitterness to finish. I agree that it does seem underfermented and does have that home brew appearence.

Light copper colour. Spicy, toasty aroma. This character is subdued in the palate by an underfermented wortiness. Finishes off-dry. Bitterness is low. Uneventful generic amber/EPA.

Very malty aroma, deep amber, large rocky white head, nice stream of bubbles, and some pretty lace. Taste is mild malt, hint of fruit, some mineral notes too. Medium bodied, slightly bitter. Fair. Thank You joey_capps.

Draft. Light golden colour not much head. Somewhat muted caramel malty aroma. Flavour is likewise. Some bitterness balancing it out. Average palate, a bit on the light side. Meh. I have some bottles in the fridge so I may do a re-rate.

Clear yellow/gold-amber w/ a creamy, very stable head. Light, malty aroma w/ mild fruitiness & a wisp of hops. Light, somewhat creamy feel. Soft, malty, butterscotch flavour w/ a light, mineral bitterness.
