750 mL bottle from LCBO, as Über Berliner Style Weiss, served cool in a tulip glass. Milky light golden with no head. Strong citric tartness, a little sour fruitiness, light floral perfume, light wheat character. Medium-light body with sparkling effervescence. More citrus tartness, a bit perfumed and floral, some wheat character; dry with fairly firm sourness and a pleasant wheat and citrus finish. Prefect for a hot day like today.

A hard sell im sure as this one comes in a larger bottle. Amber and clear pour. Hoppy aroma (Surprising,) yeast, estery and some sort of woodsy arom. On the palate it is sour and tart, as expected, medium bodied and sports decent length. pretty good id say.

May 14, 2014. On tap at beerbistro. Beer Mavens dinner. Very tart and refreshing. Golden yellow colour, with very small head. Sour apples. Quite nice. Lingering tartness.

Clean lactic aroma, not much yeast character. Taste is again clean and lactic, no funk, really reminds me of Kindl Weisse.

750 mL bottle. Pours golden with a short lived white head. Wheat malt aroma, with lemony accents, some grass and cereals. A touch of malt at first, then bracing lacto tartness. Finishes with a zesty sourness. Light bodied with high carbonation, slightly sticky palate, but otherwise quite clean. Different and refreshing.

mcberko (6000) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 17, 2014
On tap at Bar Volo, pours a hazy pale yellow with a tiny head. Aroma is pretty lemony, like quite a young Berliner, and wheat. Flavour is similar, with lightly tart lemony notes, wheat, and light citrus. A young beer, but highly drinkable. Good stuff.

Slightly cloudy, straw yellow with thick head that disappears almost instantly, leaving no trace. Aroma of green apple, lemon/lime and grass. Light-medium body with plenty of champagne-like carbonation. Taste is sweet and grassy at first with a long sour-apple acidic finish and a lingering granny smith taste in the mouth. As a fan of big hops, this is not my favourite, but it is quite refreshing.

Bottle at CGBD. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Light tartness, lemon, grain, and hints of paper. Good, not great.

Sampled this at Campground Brewdown 2. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft musk, wheat on the nose. Gentle musk, light toast, acid, funk, toast. Wheat, soft musk and light acid. Rather tasty.
