3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A hazy gold appearance. Moderate head with a slight lacing. Sweet topical aroma. Starts slightly sweet then strengthens along with a mild bitterness. Quite enjoyable but could heighten the bitterness at the end.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can shared by Karol, thanks. Aroma grassy, grapefruit, earthy. Hoppy. Good, bud quite one-dimensional. Lightly hazy golden colour. Taste initially strong honey-ish malty, after a moment hops kicks in. Grassy, fresh, earthy, grapefruit. Again a bit one-dimensional, well made though. The simple hops character is a bit boring. Finish is earthy, zesty, grapefruit. Good, but not too interesting.

Canned. Aroma is grapefruit, bitter as hell. Taste is hoppy, extremely bitter, pure hops. I like that. Carbonation is low. Alcohol present but nice and warming. Long lasting hoppy finish. My kind of an ipa.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a nice amber, with a frothy head that sticks around. Strong aroma of grapefruit citrus, yet sweet. The grapefruit citrus is consistent throughout the taste. If you don’t like bitter hops, this is NOT the beer for you. Headstock IPA is an 80 IBU, but still manages to go down smooth. I’m impressed; very nice IPA.

473ml can. Hazy amber pour with lots of fluffy head that sticks around. Lots of fresh grapefruit hops on the nose with some spruce and a light malt note. Really fresh on the palate too, grapefruit and spruce, solid bitterness. Surprisingly good compared to the other stuff these guys make.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Great IPA from a solid Ontario brewery. This years batch seems even better than last years. A very hoppy beer that’s a dark orange/amber colour. It’s a big IPA, a strong, full body with enough of a malty base to tie down hoppiness. A great beer at a great price too!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a cloudy deep amber orange with a big frothy off white head tht leaves spotty lacing all over the glass. Aroma of sweet tropical fruit, citrus, grassy hops and a nice sweet malts on the end. Taste is Big sweetish malty profile up front transitioning into the citrus and grass flavors and then in a nice bitterness on the finish. This is a very full bodied IPA that pushes the limits and the hop bitterness is a bit astringent . Overall its a nice full bodied IPA that could use just a touch more bitterness up front.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pineapple, tropical fruit, light citrus and grapefruit. A bit of sweet malt. Interesting and unique smelling. Hazy copper color with super long lasting white head. Malty sweetness comes through in the taste, tropical fruits upfront and significant hop bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied and average carbonation. Pretty good IPA
