750ml bottle pours a hazy light orange color with a huge white head that has decent retention and leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon rind with some caramel and flowery notes. Taste is a light lemon sourness with a moderate grapefruit hop bitterness and a light caramel malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with nice carbonation leaving a good mouth feel. One of the better saisons that I have tried.

Even on a very delicate pour a giant frothy, pure white head swells, which lasts forever. Bright yellow, some haze (not murky, but you sure couldn’t make anything out through the glass). Aroma is strongly of cloves and pepper, some sweetness with a hint of citrus(grapefruit?). Flavor quite wheaty, strong citrus, perhaps lemon zest and orange. Moderately sweet to start, but dries out after a couple seconds.

Draft - Light lemon and some farmhouse grassy funk, leafy light hops and spice. Hazy yellow with a good white head. Nice hoppy bitterness up front, perfumy and a bit of pepper. Really refreshing and nice.

Bottle, purchased at the brewery and shared with TylerDurden. Hazy yellow with a lasting, lacy, generous white head. Spicy and quite hoppy, with bright mango hop character adding to appealing yeast character. Perhaps more of an "American" saison with the hop level, but really tasty, excellent!

Pours a straw colour with moderate carbonation. Very active thick white head that will threaten to overflow your glass on every pour from the 750ml bottle. Aromas of citrusy fruits, grass, lemon drops, and a light pepperiness. Tastes are of citrus up front, but rather than the bitter grapefruit some other drinkers have observed I’m actually getting some sweet caramel on the finish, which might be a bit atypical for the style. Overall this is an interesting hybrid, part Saison, part something else I can’t put my finger on. Just know that I like it.

On tap at the Ottawa Beerfest. An opaque copper gold pour, fizzy white head & great lacing. A bready spicy  saison aroma, citrusy tropical fruits as well - no surprise as it is hopped with Amarillo & the yeast is the same as saison DuPont. The taste is the kind of saison flavor I like , spicy citrus, a bit of funk, some wheat & bready quality from the malts. Easy drinking stuff.

A strong peppery taste combined with resinous and grassy overused hops are discouraging me from appreciating this faithful to style Saison.

Fruity aroma. Hazy gold colour. Flavour of dried fruit, hops, yeast, and caramel. Medium body with mild carbonation. Quite tasty.
