Clear brew with a decent head and amberish colour. Very estery aroma with some herbal spice and fresh cut flowers. On the palate it is medium bodied with a bit of heat those estery and spicy notes come through well enough. Decent brew with a leafy bitter finish.

Clear, bubbly yellow with a very small, quickly fading head. Aroma is grass, cantaloupe and sweet caramel. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Taste is sweet malts up front with aromatic hops and yeast in the middle and a refreshing, dry finish with just a hint of spice.

I found this more of a pale ale rather than a saison. It had a rather dry palate and grains but the definite amarillo hop presence threw me off by sweetening and bittering the beer. Still good but seems like a confused beer as to its classification.

On tap at the Second Ottawa Brewers Market. Pale amber with a thin white head that disappears completely. Bit of grass, some very light spice, bit of green apple, grapefruit and some citrus. Mild body, moderate+ carbonation, touch tart, light, couldn’t pick up much in terms of hops and the flavour combination was a little odd.

Bottle at CGBD. Pours gold with a thin white head. Light yeasty base, some wheat, spices, and peach-like fruity notes. Pretty good.

Sampled this at Campground Brewdown 2. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Floral, with some light musk and citrus on the nose. Musk, citrus, soft musk. Citrus, more light musk, bright citrus. Soft malt and yeast, light and musky into the finish.

Tap: Poured a cloudy dirty color Saison with a nice dirty white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of weird grassy notes with some floral notes and light fruitiness with slightly weird citric notes that are also detectable. Taste is a weird mix between light fruity notes, medium sweet malt base and some off grassy hoppy notes which doesn’t really fit with the malt profile. Body is full with great carbonation. I couldn’t really taste regular Amarillo flavours which make me wonder if something went wrong with the hops addition during brewing.

Enjoyed at the National Capital Craft Beer Week. Advertised as "Amerillo Saison". Pours a cloudy golden colour with a white creamy head and wavy thick lacing. Beautiful nose with the hop giving out grassy and minty notes. Also, Belgian Ale yeast that make this one real fresh smelling. Same for flavours, but slightly milder. This is a great fresh tasting herbal Saison which I really enjoyed.

Bottle at the Sudbury beerfest. Pours a cloudy yellow, with a large fluffy white head. Great, tart, grassy, citric aroma. Very lively carb, and a active mouth feel. Medium bitterness, slight pepperiness, fresh cut grass, and big acidic, citric finish.
