COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sometimes our neighbours are just too enticing to resist! In this case, our newest ward-winning product pays homage to our naughty neighbours to the south, as our American Pale Ale has something for everyone! For hop lovers, the huge aroma of citrus and pine greet the nose and the hops continue on the palate as hoppy flavour persists, leaving a remarkably easy drinking crisp, dry finish. We pack all this hop aroma and flavour in a brew that is only 4.9% on purpose, which leaves a hugely sessionable beer that is perfectly refreshing on hot summer days! No additives. No preservatives. Naturally carbonated for a smooth, crisp finish.

bottle. Golden with three finger head. A gusher when I popped the cap, definitely overcarbonated. Medium body with caramel and earthy, herbal notes. Moderate hop bitterness. Would be much better without the carbonation issues.

Can sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks troubles. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Lovely fruity hoppy aroma, citric and slightly tropical. Flavor is quite dry, with lots of citric and slightly tropical hops. Medium-bodied. Good one.

Extreme gusher!!! Right out of frig and carefully handled. Lots of floaties, which I like. Aroma and flavor decent...but not unique.

Look, this is an IPA, so get it there. Bottle, nice label. Hoppy perfume aroma. Nice hazy pour & head. Big nasty on style bitter taste. Thicker, pungent. Good co2, tho. Yes, a strong roll your tongue up IPA blast, not sessionalbe AFAIC. An affront to my gentle lager loven taste buds, whew. Nice titillating label. Yeeeeahhhaaassss. Brewed with science to be as bitter hoppy as possible, if it was just a little thicker, it may go into the imperial IPA flavors.

Really loved this APA! Golden pour into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Nice head and actually has a ton of lacing which I don’t see often in APAs. Big tropical citrus flavours, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, etc. Nice medium bitter finish.

The aroma is a bit like soap. Hazy body, small head. Quite boring but good hops at the end.

0.473 can. Clear, gold color and a small, white head. The aroma is hoppy, citric, resinous, piney, and fruity. Taste of fruits hits first and then a delicate, piney bitterness which grows to dominate the flavor with every sip. Medium body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is long, bitter, hoppy, somewhat fruity as well. Overall quite a good, balanced beer - certainly a nice find in the cold north.
